Our Salon Stationery System is designed for professionals, to provide a sense of ease for both therapist and client during appointments. Created to ensure compliance with industry standards, our stationery ensures that proper practice and client care is undertaken at every service.

We have stationery suitable for all nail and beauty professionals including Nail, Brow, Lash, Massage, Facial / Skincare, Makeup & Waxing treatments.

Any or all of the our various stationery items can be used to build your system, but you must always ensure you purchase Client Record Sleeves, as these contain client identifiable information and provide a sleeve to fit all other stationery items inside.

01 | Client Record Sleeves

Client Record Sleeves contain all pertinent client identifiable information including name, date of birth contact details, doctors information etc.

 

These sleeves provide a place to store all other stationery cards within, securely fastened to the sleeves via a black paperclip that comes complimentary with all Client Record Sleeves purchased. All Client Record Sleeves are size A6 when folded.

Designed as a must havethis sleeve records all client personal information such as name, address, contact details, doctors details & more.

 

To be used at a clients first appointment and subsequently to store additional Salon Stationery System cards. All sleeves come with a black paperclip to secure additional stationery items inside the sleeve.

PURPOSE:

02 | Consultation Cards

Treatment Consultation Cards are treatment specific, so the correct consultation card for each individual treatment is required. These cards are used to check for any contraindications, attain a treatment history and undertake an assessment of the treatment area.

​

It is best practice to conduct a client consultation at every treatment session, to ensure any treatment area changes are noted and recorded for insurance purposes.

Designed to be used as part of initial treatment consultations for new clients or at the start of every treatment, depending how you like to work.

 

Each card should be placed inside one of our Client Record Sleeves.

PURPOSE:

03 | Client Etiquette & Terms of Treatment Cards

Client Etiquette & Terms of Treatments Cards are unique addition to our Salon Stationery System. These cards ensure clients understand all aspects of their treatment, the risks and understand the best way to aid the therapist to ensure optimum treatment outcomes.

 

Each Client Etiquette card is treatment specific, and so the correct card/s must be selected and given to clients. Two copies are given within each pack, one for the client to keep and one for the professional to keep.

​

These cards ensure all aspects of the treatment are understood by the client & cover the backs of professionals to offer better protection against mis-haps or complaining clients.

Designed to be given to clients at their first appointment to ensure they understand how to behave during their treatment, what to expect and agree to the terms of treatment. This ensures clients fully understand treatments and expectations are managed effectively.

PURPOSE:

04 | Patch Test Record Cards

Patch Test Record Cards are used as a way to comply with safety requirements set out by brands & insurers of certain treatments.

 

Each Patch Test Record card is treatment specific, and so the correct card/s must be selected and used to record any patch testing undertaken as evidence.

PURPOSE:

05 | Treatment Record Cards

Treatment Record Cards are used to record all treatments & products used during each individual service undertaken on a client. This type of record is extremely important for not only providing evidence that a service was undertaken, but what products were used should a client have an adverse reaction to a treatment or products. In addition, it allows the professional to remember what did or didn't work for a specific client, and provides a reminder of what to use or not to use.

 

Each Treatment Record Card is treatment specific, and so the correct card/s must be selected and used to record any services undertaken as evidence.

PURPOSE:

06 | Aftercare Cards

Aftercare Cards are provided to clients to ensure they understand how to maintain their treatment for as long as possible.

 

These should be provided to clients at the first treatment, but note of the clients treatment site should be made if they return to see how well the client has followed aftercare. Repeating the aftercare information may be required for clients who don't follow aftercare guidance.

 

Each Aftercare Card is treatment specific, and so the correct card/s must be selected and given to clients.

Changes Declaration Cards mark evidence that the initial consultation information provided by the client still stands and notes any changes such as medication, conditions etc.
